Belov Cloud — Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the Belov Cloud partner program (the "Program"), run by Belov Digital Agency, Inc. ("we," "us"). By joining the Program you ("Partner") agree to them, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining

The Program is free and open to anyone over 18 who can receive payments. Joining creates (or uses) a Belov Cloud account; the account owner runs the Program for that account. We may decline or end a partnership that breaks these terms.

2. Referrals and attribution

  • A referred customer is a new Belov Cloud account created within 90 days of a visitor clicking your partner link (the last partner link clicked wins), or one that enters your partner code at its first checkout (a code wins over an earlier link).
  • Attribution is fixed once the account's first payment settles and is never reassigned afterwards.
  • Accounts you own, pay for or control, and payments made with a card saved on your own account, are not referrals. We hold suspected self-referrals for review and may cancel their commission.

3. Commission

  • You earn 50% of every payment a referred customer makes during the 12 months following their first payment, and 20% of every payment after that, for as long as the customer keeps paying.
  • Once the referred customers' combined monthly recurring payments reach $2,000, the rate after the first 12 months is 25% for payments made while that level holds.
  • Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes, after discounts and credits. It covers every subscription on the referred account — WordPress sites, Node apps, and anything the customer adds later.
  • Your audience receives 20% off the first 3 months on monthly billing, or 5% off the first year on annual billing, through your link or code. It does not combine with other promo codes; a customer's own code replaces it.

4. Hold, refunds and chargebacks

  • Each commission becomes payable 60 days after the payment it was earned on, matching our money-back window.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout. A dispute decided in our favour restores it.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are made on or around the 1st of each month once your payable balance reaches $50; smaller balances roll over. Payout methods: PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, USDT, or hosting credit.
  • Hosting credit is applied to your Belov Cloud account balance at 1.5× the commission amount, has no minimum, and can only be used against Belov Cloud invoices — it is not redeemable for cash.
  • You are responsible for providing correct payout details and for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax or identity information before paying.

6. Promotion rules

Allowed: reviews, tutorials, comparisons, videos, newsletters, communities, recommendations to your own clients, and paid search ads that do not target our brand.

Not allowed:

  • Bidding on "Belov Cloud", "belov.cloud" or misspellings in paid search, or using our brand in ad copy or domain names.
  • Coupon, cashback, incentive or reward sites; spam; cookie stuffing; forced clicks or hidden iframes.
  • Claims about Belov Cloud that are false or unverifiable, or presenting yourself as Belov Cloud.

You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission, as required by the laws that apply to you (for example the FTC Endorsement Guides).

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the commission rates with 30 days' notice by email; changes apply to payments made after the notice period. Either side may end the partnership at any time. On termination for a breach of these terms, unpaid commissions may be forfeited; otherwise, commissions earned before termination are paid out under these terms.

8. Liability

The Program is provided "as is". Our total liability under these terms is limited to the commissions owed to you for the previous six months.
