Support

The AI fixes it before you'd open a ticket. When you do, an engineer answers.

Most managed hosts sell you a support tier and hope you never test it. We built the opposite: a copilot that fixes the common failures before you'd think to open a ticket — and when you do open one, it goes to an engineer who operates this platform. Not a script. Not a tier-1 gate. The person who answers can actually change the thing that's wrong.

The line

Safe and reversible runs automatically. Risky or ambiguous asks first.

Your site is watched every minute. A stuck runtime, an expired cert, a cache that needs rebuilding, a plugin update throwing a PHP fatal on /checkout — the copilot fixes it and writes down what it did, usually before you've noticed. When a problem is ambiguous or risky, it stops and hands it to a human — one of the engineers who runs this platform.

The copilot handles on its own — then logs it

  • Rebuild both cache layers — the page cache at our edge and the site's own object cache — and stop rebuilding once two attempts prove the cache isn't the problem
  • Reissue an SSL cert that's failing or about to expire
  • Restart a stuck PHP runtime or a hung process
  • Deactivate (never delete) a single plugin throwing fatals and taking pages down
  • Roll back a PHP version switch that failed its health check
  • Absorb DDoS and bot floods at the edge — you're not paged and not billed for it

Before it acts, it double-probes — a one-second blip never triggers a fix. It only moves when the failure is real and repeating.

A human steps in when

  • The fix is risky or destructive — schema, deletions, DNS. The AI never does these on its own; it writes up what it found and asks you first.
  • The site starts flapping — recovering, breaking, recovering. The copilot stops acting and calls a person rather than fight a loop.
  • PHP itself is crashing — three or more fatal worker crashes in ten minutes, read straight out of your container even when the probe says 200. We flag it and put a person on it on purpose: restarting a runtime whose config crashes it just crashes it again.
  • The problem is off-platform — a third-party API down, a gateway misconfigured, a DNS record at your registrar. The AI diagnoses it plainly; a human helps you fix it.
  • You want a second opinion, a config change, or advice. That's a ticket — answered by an engineer.

The AI does the boring, repetitive on-call work reliably — so the humans have time to answer the questions that actually need a human.

When the AI acts on your site

You see exactly what happened — and so does whoever you choose.

If the copilot deactivates a crashing plugin on a client's store at 2am, you can't find out from the client. So the activity log shows the full chain in plain English — not "an issue was resolved."

02:14 — Detected PHP fatal on /checkout, repeating. Traced to superfast-cart v3.9.1 (updated 02:11).
02:14 — Acted Deactivated superfast-cart to restore checkout.
02:14 — Verified Replayed /checkout and 3 cart routes — clean 200s. Store back up.

Reversible, never destructive

A deactivated plugin is deactivated, never deleted — data and settings untouched, one click to bring it back. Nothing is permanent without your say-so.

Whoever needs to know, knows

Every action lands in the site's activity feed the instant it happens. Team seats are free and role-based, so you add whoever needs visibility — the client never has to be the one who notices.

"What if it kills something critical?"

It only touches a plugin already throwing fatals, after double-probing. When it's ambiguous or the site is flapping, it doesn't guess — it stops and escalates to a human who decides with you.

Who you're talking to

Engineers who run the platform — behind the AI, not in front of it.

Belov Cloud is founder-run, built by the founders of Belov Digital — an agency that has kept production WordPress alive for real clients for years. No outsourced first line, no "let me escalate that," no ticket that dies in a tier you can't see past.

  • From the panel — open a ticket from any site, with the activity feed and logs already attached.
  • By email — reply to any email from us, or write us directly.
Response times — honestly

We'd rather say it straight than invent a number.

Pro gets priority support — your tickets jump the queue. Scale gets dedicated support and a 99.9% uptime target — a named contact who knows your fleet.

What we won't do is print a "2-minute response time" and hope you never hold us to it. As we grow, we'll publish our measured response medians — actual numbers, not aspirations. The fastest ticket is the one the copilot already closed before you opened it.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Is support really 24/7?

The AI copilot is — it watches and safely self-heals every site every minute, around the clock. Human coverage is founder-and-engineer-run: fast, technical, and honest about being a small team rather than a global follow-the-sun call center. For the failures that page you at 2am, the AI is usually already on it.

When I open a ticket, do I get a technical person?

Yes — the engineers who operate the infrastructure are the ones who answer. There's no tier-1 script reading you a help article first.

Can the AI change my site without telling me?

No. Every autonomous action is written to the activity feed in plain English the instant it happens, with a one-click undo. Anything risky or destructive — schema, deletions, DNS — the AI never does on its own; it asks you first.

What happens if the AI deactivates a plugin on my client's live store?

It only does this for a plugin that's actively throwing fatals and taking pages down, and only after double-probing to confirm it's real. It deactivates — never deletes — verifies the fix with a replayed request, and logs the whole chain the moment it acts. You reactivate in one click, and the client's data and settings are untouched.

What if the AI isn't sure, or my site keeps breaking and recovering?

Then it stops. When a situation is ambiguous, risky, or the site is flapping, the copilot deliberately doesn't act — it escalates to a human so a person decides with you rather than a loop deciding for you.

Can I add my whole team without paying per seat?

Yes. Team members are free, by role — Owner, Admin, Developer — and Developers can be scoped to specific sites, so contractors only see and act on the sites they work on.

Why won't you tell me your average response time in minutes?

Because we don't have enough production volume yet to quote an honest median, and we won't invent one. We'll publish measured response times as we grow. Pro is priority; Scale is dedicated with a 99.9% uptime target.

Who operates the platform?

Belov Cloud is built and run by the founders of Belov Digital, and operated by Belov Digital Agency, Inc. (Delaware). The engineers who answer your tickets are the ones who run the infrastructure.
